What to Expect from HeartLight Energy Healing:
First, we set your intentions- why you are here and what you hope to gain from your session. If you don’t know, it will be guided by the innate knowing in your heart, soul, higher self and body intelligence. You then lie comfortably, fully clothed on our signature quantum crystal massage table (provides enhance healing and deeper relaxation) accompanied by soothing music. Briefly you are guided into a relaxed state of receiving. Hands are placed gently on and/or above your body, harmonizing with your chakras, aura, meridians, and light body while channeling divine love, light, life force energy and often divine presence (optional). Guided imagery, breathwork, quantum crystals and sound may also complement the process if needed. Your experience during and after the session will be unique to you. Most feel deeply relaxed, some fall asleep or feel peace and well-being, energy moving, spiritual experiences and so much more! After the session has ended, any insights, guidance or messages I have received will be shared.

What to Expect After an Energy Healing Session

This is because your energy field is more open and unblocked, allowing for new light and energy to flow at a higher frequency. As a result, change is experienced in different ways. While emotions or past traumas can surface for release, this is normally brief and experienced in a positive manner. Some experience a heightened state of awareness and increased energy, feeling activated and a stronger conscious connection.
It is helpful to give yourself whatever you need for the next day or two, most commonly sleep. You may need to integrate. If you get tired or wired afterward or for the next day or two, its because your physical and energetic body are catching up to the increased light and energy in your body while denser energies are leaving.
***If you are coming for physical healing, or any chronic condition, the body may need extra time to recover because you are healing inside as well, which requires rest. This usually lasts for 24 – 48 hours, sometimes longer. After that, you will most likely feel fantastic! For deeper, chronic or lifelong imbalances, follow up sessions will likely be needed.
